Splits (インターバル) — 6 September 2026
Splits never connects to the internet. There are no accounts. Nothing leaves your Apple Watch, and the developer cannot see any of it.
None. No account, no email address. No analytics, no advertising measurement, no in-app purchases.
The app contains no networking code at all.
While the timer is running, and only with your permission, it reads:
These are used only to record the workout. They are never shown on screen, exported, or sent anywhere.
When the timer finishes, the session is saved to Health as a workout: start and end times, the activity type (baseball), that it was outdoors, and the heart rate and active energy above.
There is a reason for saving it.
watchOS keeps an app running while a workout session is active. Without that,
the timer would stop the moment you lower your wrist and the screen turns off,
and the taps would not fire.
If you don't allow Health access, the app still works, but
timing and taps are not guaranteed while the screen is off.
The app says so on the timer screen when that happens.
To reach you while the screen is off on iPhone, the app registers the times of the upcoming parts on the device itself. Only those times and the part numbers are registered. No server is involved — these are not push notifications. They are removed when you bring the app back to the front.
The timer still runs if you decline. It just can't reach you while the screen is off.
Only the settings you used last (total length and number of splits), so they are ready next time. This never leaves the device, and is deleted with the app.
None. There is no one to share anything with.
This app is not directed at children and does not collect personal information from children.
