Whatever you type becomes a color-coded board. One item per line; a blank line starts a new group.
Open a list and tap “Edit” to write it as text. One item per line.

A blank line starts a new group with its own color. In the example above, “Wallet, Phone, Keys” and “Charger, Earbuds” get different colors. Groups have no names; they are told apart by color only.
Tap an item when it’s done and its color deepens. Tap again to undo. The bar above the board shows how many are done, like “3 / 10”, and grows as you go.
When everything is done, the bar turns green and says “All set!” Tap it to clear all checks and start fresh for next time.
Checks stay until you tap “Clear all” at the bottom of the board. If you close the app halfway through, you can pick up where you left off.
Tap “+” on the first screen to add a list. You can start from a template (travel, commute, camping and more), from blank, or by pasting text from another app.
Swipe a list right to duplicate it, or left to delete it. Deleting always asks first.
Below the board you’ll see ◀ color swatches ▶. The arrows step through 10 color schemes, and the swatches show the colors. Each list keeps its own colors.
Turn “Color” off to show every group in one color. Turn it on again to bring the groups back.
Open a list and tap “Settings”. Columns (2 to 5) are set per list. Light / Dark / Automatic applies to the whole app.
In “Settings”, tap “Export as text”. The board is shared as ordinary text with no special format. The person who receives it pastes it into “Add list” and gets the same board.
So you can close the app or switch to something else and come back without losing your place. If checks disappeared on their own, you wouldn’t know how far you got.
No. Items that keep the same name keep their checks, even if you reorder them or move them to another group. Only items you delete lose their check.
Not at the moment. Groups are told apart by color only.
English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian and Arabic. The app follows your iPhone’s language; other languages show in English.
